I will be using 2 sizes of CF rod. The bigger one runs full span and makes the pivot point and the smaller fits inside. One smaller one on each end of the ailerons
the ailerons are the same size as a stock funjet

there is not going to be any wood on this plane I am going for 100% CF just like my B1B


what are you using to make your mold? I am done using plaster I made my servo cover molds and air scoop mold with fiberglass and love it
