RE: Hiperbipe
Hope to get started in Jan. 2010.....right now I'm in the middle of building a Dan Santich Cobra...double gull-wing bipe. It's 76" w.s. and is a great looking plane. I've fitted it with a ZDZ80 engine; and also made a couple of changes to the plane itself. There are some posts about double-gull wing bipes in this forum; and I posted a few pictures of my progress on it.
When I get the plans for the Hyperbipe I'll make my final decision for the w.s....right now I'm thinking about 72", but I would kinda like to try out the DLE111 soon, so maybe I'll bump it up a little more to handle that engine. When I get things in the works I'll definitely post some pix and solicit any suggestions from builders and flyers of this plane.
