Default Pro Boat Mini C brushless help

Jump to the bottom of the thread to post 24because I've changed things around a bit and it's more up to date!

So, I want to upgrade a Proboat Mini C to brushless but this is the first time that I will be doing this on my own andI have a few questions:

1)
Here are some components I was thinking of using, good/bad??:

Motor: I was thinking originally of the first motor here but thenI got to wondering if one of the other two higher kv motors i posted here would also work or if they would be too powerful?

ESC:Which one I got would probably depend on the motor but how can you know if they will burn out or if they are safe.

The first problem I noticed with this one is in the description it says that it won't support anything over 2,000kv. How can you know if the other ESCs are the same way or if they are safe?

Battery:

Would these work well together?

2)
Where can I get a jacket forthe esc and how would Iattach it?

If anyone can please help shed some light on these questions I would greatly appreciate it because I don't want to spend money on the components only to burn them out.

Thanks forany help
