Default RE: Pro Boat Mini C brushless help

Cornelp: That motor was my first choice anyhow Iwas only wondering about the others to get more speed but that probably would have been my choice anyhow.

One thing I'm afraid Idon't understand is "The battery is not ok... 1300 x 30C = 39A, to enough reserve. You should go for something around 2000mA 30C (60A)." Ido understand where you got the 39A from but Idon't understand what difference it makes on the setup.

Also, Iwas looking at the webpage for that 2700kv motor and it says that it requires a 25A ESC and the max load is 35A, so wouldn't a 2,000mA battery be too much (that is if i'm reading what you posted right)?

And wow, that's an expenive ESC. This wouldn't work it's alot less expensive but Iguess not as reliable.

This is all new to me so please bear with me, and thank you for helping.
