Default RE: Pro Boat Mini C brushless help

Ok so from what I understand, These should be what I want:

Motor:
http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...hless_Inrunner

ESC:
http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...ies_60-70A_ESC

And the battery I'm still not sure on since it says the max amperage for that motor is 40A I'm guessing perhaps still this one:
http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s..._30C_Lipo_Pack
1300 x 30C =39A?

If, hopefully, I am right so far with these parts I was wondering what difference the C number makes on the setup. I get that 1300mA at 10C means that 13A is the max the battery can put out and 1300mA at 30C is 39A, but what does it all mean with reguards to a motor and ESC?

Does it mean that that is the max amperage that can be drawn without overheating or that is the max that will be provide, Etc?

Oh, and will this motor still allow me to control the Mini C? It will be faster than the 2700kv motorfrom what Iunderstand and I just wanted to make sure it will still be controllable.

Thanks for your help I am getting this as we are talking.
