The C rating is the "discharge rate". Your 1300 30C means you can only draw 39A continuous with a 10sec peak of 40C. If you want to go faster (full throttle) your ESC might stop functioning or you might overheat the batteries (not nice with lipos). I had this problem and I ended up buying new batteries... Plus your runtime will go from 6-8min to much less.

You can leave the hardware stock for now, but you WILL want to go faster... so start looking for a better prop.

PS: it is not only the kv of the motor that will make it go faster, but the higher torque. This way you know that the motor will actually get to these rpm's.
