I am posting this in the general electric section because not may people respond in the Team Acadamy area. I just got the car assembled and the motor will spin up, but the car would hardly move. I opened up both diffs and tighten both up. This has helped considerably, but I just put in my new brushless system, and the diffs just seem to slip a lot. I have to start out very slow and be very gentle with this car. Is this normal for a 4 wheel drive buggy? My last car (a back yard basher) was able to accellerate harder than this car. I can't tighten the diffs anymore than I have. Are there any other suggestions? Someone please help me out.
Maybe you need to tighten up the slipper clutch
