if I didnt race my rxb I would my rxt...(to hard to race 2 classes).....thats why I said in my opinion it would be a waste....if you ever did hit 2nd you wouldnt be there very long at all before u need to get outta it for a turn....I suppose a 2spd for a basher wanting to make speed runs all day would be ok...but if you want to make speed runs all day why buy a off road rc?..lol.....for example...look at the revo..real big on the racer scene...what they do?...the run single speeds and no reverse for the odvious reasons of no need for 2spd and reverse...but also because more moving parts ='s more problems....a traxxas offered racing tranny is way more durable then the rtr's with reverse
