Tall Poppy syndrome
Bill Is a first class guy, he will go out of his way to help. Don't be so quick to put him down, try putting yourself in his shoes. What with all that has gone down in his personal life over the past few months his ability just to keep his business going is a testimony to his dedication to his customers. Most of you will never know the half of what he has gone through. It is not all his fault. On the 1st of August he sent me a "Priority mail" parcel Via USPS and it arrived today 7th October. It was post marked "Aug31, 2009" "PRIORITY". The delivery time is clearly not Bill's fault and this is not the first time other people/company/suppliers have let him down.
Get off his back, give him some space to move and watch him bounce back bigger and better than before
