the reason I bought this one is to get use to it befor I fly the dynaflite super decathlon Iam putting a 40cc gasser on that one and wanted to get use to it I have tipped stalled cubs on take off and no amount of rudder or ailerons would pull it out i mean tail was up and take off speed was fast it might be that I yank the elevator up to much and have a high aoa on take off michael
EXACTLY. Too much elevator creates an excessively high angle of attack, resulting in a crash. Believe it or not, even a trainer can do this!

I believe the combination of too much elevator and a rearward CG on this plane creates the problems. I had my high rates set for a little more travel than suggested in the manual (sorry, don't remember how much I had, but within 1/4" of their listed high rates) and had my CG at approx 90mm from leading edge. I checked stall characteristics several times at a safe altitude, and it would always stall and enter a spin. I could get it to spin with just elevator at high rates. I guess my advice would be to be conservative with CG and definitely with elevator throws. As mentioned, gentle elevator inputs near stall (landing, takeoff) speeds are required.
