It is not all his fault. On the 1st of August he sent me a ''Priority mail'' parcel Via USPS and it arrived today 7th October. It was post marked ''Aug31, 2009'' ''PRIORITY''.
If it was postmarked Aug. 31st, then it was mailed on Aug. 31st, not Aug. 1st.
