His success may be part of the problem. More demands then time allows and then throw in some medical issues, and bam you have a train wreck.
I've always maintained though that when you run a business and take people's money, you should have a process that makes you accountable. Bill if you are reading, it might not hurt to have status report on your website, that alerts customers of issues, before they send you money. It is quite evident that the status quo isn't good enough, and I sure sense a lot of disappointment surrounding some dealings with RCCommand lately. I don't know you personally nor have I purchased anything from you, but it is sad to see something so promising start falling apart.
In business you can expect patience from friends and family, but not the general paying public. A simple rule that must be adherred to.
