In my experience, it's not any higher maintainence than any other rebuildable brushed motor. Keep it clean, oil the bushings, and it should be good until rebuild time. That is an awesome stock motor for sure. You'll be surprised by what a good 27T can do.

Do you know of any other motors that are good? I do all offroading and jumps, and I want my brushes to last awhile also
