Default Como/italian Engine/principles>2-s

You don't need to send us a picture. You have described the older model SuperTiger carb perfectly.

The tight screw on the body of the carb holds the barrel of the carb inside the body. There's a spring inside there that holds the carb barrel against the retaining screw.

The two tiny screws on the High speed needle side hold the spray bar assembly in the carb and enables you to adjust the spray bar angle to get proper midrange mixture control..

The screw with the spring around it is to adjust the minimum position of the throttle barrel.

The high speed needle with the pinch nut on it is adjustable while the engine is running. You do not tighten the friction on the pinch nut so tight that you cannot turn the needle valve by hand. You just have it tight enough so that it will not change it's setting while the engine is running.

Do a search on Super Tiger and you'll find how to adjust these carbs in many places.

Enjoy,

Jim
