A VXL is a brushless system that can handle 3s easily (which is 12.6v), and an 8 cell is 9.6v nominal, and 110kmh is about 65 mph and it can go that fast.
i know that, but it wasnt what the description on ebay was saying. i wrote what the ebay page said. btw how much is a bandit vxl. this one is 290 euros
