Default Nitro RS4 Electric conversion

Hey guys. So My first RC car was a HPI Nitro RS4 3 Evo, I got it around 3 years ago. Anyway it died a while ago so I've decided to convert it to electric. I don't know if anyone has done this or knows about it being done before but I thought I'd share my progress with you and hopefully gain some opinions along the way!

Here's some pics of the journey so far.

The first pic is of the car after I pulled it apart to get some pieces fo my TT-01

Second pic is of the stock 2 speed transmission

Third pic is of the transmission converted to single speed. I used some stock wheel bushings from a TT-01 as spacers.

Fourth and fifth pics are of the steel mount with a spare motor I had. Its not the motor I will be using. The pitch of the spur is 24 so I had to find a pinion with the same pitch. I got a 15 tooth one but the whole diameter is 5mm. So I now need a motor with a 5mm shaft. I think I've found the one I'm going to get on ebay.
