Any idea why Andy's engine runs ok whereas your having so many problems with yours? I'm really tempted with one of these little engines and am leaning towards the Lambert but the £££ is really putting me off. If the JJJ can be made to run fairly well I may give it a go.
yes, because Andy sat back while I found out what to do to make the things run right (mainly thanks to Smithy on here) and then he did the mods to his engine
My latest problem was due to the compressor nut deciding to come loose allowing the compressor to come forward and touch the inlet. It's all a little mangled but should run fine so I fitted a new front bearing tonight and I will give Andy a run for his money on Monday[8D]
I'd get a Lambert or wait for something British to come on the market...
