Well all I can tell you is your are right! My friend had the same problem(s) with Eric. The turbine did run eventually but he dose treat you like an idiot.[&:] I have called him a few times to chat,before I bout my first turbine it was evident that he was vary superior to me and I was just a nobody so I went with the next best thing Wren.They will help you and treat you like a human being. Thanks Ron for the great service Knock on wood I never have had to use the this so called warrantee.
