I Am sorry to here about your trouble with your turbine I owne a falcon and i have to say I love it ... But only after it had to go back to mexico to be fixed and that was after forth flight Eric answerd the phone every time and i got it back in the ten day turn around he said . Im now buying my second turbine and have to say I have been hearing alot of un happy jetcentral owners.I have a friend in my club he to has a falcon had the same problem i had but he did not see his falcon back for a month could not get anystright answers out of eric as to when he was getting it back . Now this past weekend at hamburg relley his turbine would not start again was bound up so could not fly so here he goes again ALso there were two other pilots that had jetcentral problems and could not fly . I am now having to make a decision do i go with another jetcentral or another brand like jetcat. I do not want to spend a lot of money and not be able to fly if i have trouble like ive been hearing about. Maybe they need some more factory reps to be at the larger ralleys... Jet cat had one at hamburg he helped several pilots that weekend with answers and in one case a loaned ecu so he could fly . To sum it up I love my falcon but it did have to be repaired i have had only good expeience with Eric always answerd phone and answerd questions. But im not sure if i want to take a chance on another Jetcentral turbine Ill have to see
