Peoples experience with Jet Central seem to be very polarised. Either they can't' sing their praises highly enough or will never touch them again. My experience is very similiar to Katrina's however I did get some satisfaction from JC ( after rolling out the big guns) but the entire incident left a very bitter taste in my mouth and it did cost my friend one very stunning jet.

My experience with Jet Central has led me to make two major decisions regarding my Turbine flying.

1) Life time warranties are not worth the paper they are written on as it is down to JC to decide if it is a warranty repair or not, in my case they tried to claim FOD damage and stiff me with a very large bill for a Turbine with 20mins running time when there was very clear evidence to the contrary.

2) Only buy Turbines from manufacturers I can actually travel to and shake them warmly by the throat until satisfaction has been achieved.

PS To the poster that say this thread is about Flaming JC I would say that Forums like this have gone a long way to keeping manufacturers honest as modellers can quickly post and exchange their experience both good and bad and let the modelling public make their own minds up.
