i use a old rc car motor and the window blind rod just moved the winder to the center and used a ujiont have to be careful going up and down so u dont strip out the gears on the winder ,i found a old wood set that had a large metal winder so just can over wine it or it locks up it was a hell of a time getting it to work but i got the bugs out and the timing down ,thanks rye
