I seem to be having the same problems With Eric and my Falcon that other people are.
I had a problem with my falcon that the turbine locked up on start up. It would not spin what so ever. It was only 20 flights old.
Called Eric and sent my engine back to him on July 28. To wards the middle of August I started to wonder what was going on I Called him a couple of times and kept getting the same answer. "I will check and call you back". I never got the call back on three occasions. Finally the last time I called I was told my engine is on the test stand.... there was a balancing problem and it had to be re tested. OK thats fine at least I know what is wrong. But the very next day August 26 UPS is at my door with my engine. WOW super super fast shipping thats awsome..I wish I could ship things that fast.
I Lost the entire month of July flying this plane and now I am wondering if there was a balancing problem or it was lost somewhere.

When the ceramic Igniter thread started I jump right on it I wanted to get one. I called Eric on Sept 17 Gave him my Falcon Serial number, Name Address, and CC info. It is now October 17 and I have no igniter or phone calls to tell me what is going on. I should not have to sit here and chase him for a part.

As Hippo 1216 said I was the one at Hamburg Jet Rally having problems I go to put my plane together test everything and the starter is locked up AGAIN. Now I have had 28 flights since the repair and everything was fine. Took the turbine out and had a couple of people look at it and they all agreed send it in to be repaired. So I pack up the trailer and just sit and watch on Sunday. When I get home I take the plane into the work shop and test the starter again, Guess what.... it worked fine no binding what so ever. Call Eric on Monday he told me to try and start the plane and call him back.Take the plane outside fuel it get it all ready to go and it locked up.. Bring it back in 30 min later its fine. It seems when it's cold it locks up until it gets warm... It was around 36* on Sunday morning at Hamburg and 42* at my house on Monday Morning. So I guess I need to keep a heat gun in my flight box to start it up.

I call Eric and he tells me to call him back later he wants to go through some things with the ECU and it will take a while If I get the machine leave a message and I will get back to you. Well it's now Saturday 5 days later and I still waiting for his return Call....

People don't want to post the bad things on here about J/C because they are afraid of what everyone else is going to say about it. Some people have had great outcomes and some have had Bad. I am one of the ones who have been having bad luck with them. I am sorry that I had to post this as you can see by my other posts I am not A bashing person, never make fun of someone, and try and help when I can. I now have the Comp Arf Flash almost finished and I think I need to go purple..
