OK..... I wasn't going to get onto this and I don't want to...BUT, I have changed my mind!! I know Kat and almost all her problems she has been going through! I am a Sponsored Jet Pilot for TBM and also help them out in the jet world. She is new into jets and has lots of problems, sometimes problems I can not help her with so I get help from Jet Central and Fly Eagle Jets. We have tried VERY HARD to help her out in all circumstances! We have gave her free stuff, planes repairs...etc. I have to admit I told her that the turbine should be covered as did other jet pilots, BUT we did not inspect the turbine, just knew that she siad that it would not turn. I was at a fun fly with her and noticed she was having lots of problems so I went to help. The problems were beyond my skills so I called Eric and left a message. I think we ALL must understand that this is flying season and there are tons of things going on!! I have had my share of problems with my Jet Central Turbines and I have had one that has made more trips to Mexico than I have, LOL But it gets fixed and YES sometimes it goes back. But, do we need to get upset? Sometimes we do and sometimes its a lesson for all of us that EVERYONE makes a mistake!!! Maybe we had Ace Ventura deliver our package, our it got thrown to the next guy and got dropped, no one knows.

As for Eric retiring out of Jet Central and going into a dark hole and forgetting his customers??? NO way!! He is in it and so is his son! They are working hard to get people their turbines and get them back fast, BUT sometimes they get behind like WE ALL do at times. We have become a society that wants EVERYTHING done NOW, I don't want to wait. Will you need to stop and get a reality check. Just because I am sponsored by TBM and I have a turbine problem I have to wait in line like everyone else!! I get no special treatment and I don't want it! To me EVERYONE is important, SO first come first serve. I know that the factory had a mandatory shut down for sometime so that put everything behind. Eric has been good to me and to EVERYONE that flies Jet Central turbines. I have had many repairs and most have been MY fault!! Even when I didn't think so... LOL... which we ALL do!!!!

TBM.... They try to help everyone out, and sometimes spend over 1 hour on the phone trying to get people the right set-up and to get all the right stuff. They have helped me and I KNOW that I have spent countless hours trying to help people get things going and put the right stuff in their planes! And I will keep doing this! YOU have to REMEMBER that this is a hobby and in life things do go wrong and EVERY plane, Jet, Helicopter, etc... has a expiration date!!

This may not HELP BUT Think about it, and Decide for yourself if its a matter of life or death or its just a FREAK'N hobby that we ALL PLAY with and enjoy untill we crash or something goes wrong or doesn't go OUR WAY......
