In regard to Ortiz, yes Jet Central accepts responsibility when they don't know what the cause was of a needed repair.

Interesting that people expect a "flawless product for the money we spend" when our toys have tolerances that should really not have them work reliably to begin with.

Every brand has turbines that just keep running and also some that fail very early in their lifespan.

What I want to know is that Iwill be covered when something goes wrong with the motor that is NOTMYFAULT - and Jet Central has been that line for me - should be closing in on around 100 hours of Jet CentrAL flying time. Trips back to the factory? Just two times that wasn't a maintanence interval. Owned/operated 2 Bees, Falcon, 2 Rabbits

If Eric's customer service or Jet Central's motors start to SUCK for me, Ipromise Iwill be the first person to post it here and switch brands - I have no loyalty to a manufacturer, just to my desire to fly my ***** off! That being said, I seriously doubt Iwill encounter problems and will continue to enjoy flight after flight on titanium power.
