This is exactly what I meant on my post #20. "you have the pack of wolves who supports this X company attack the poster". And this is exactly what is taking place at the moment.
These forums are notorious for these type of things happening and all it does is frustrate the crap out of you. Its just not worth it! Most wont sign in and say anything cause most don't want their name known and maybe chance at having good dealings with others after posting unsatisfactory treatment. Atleast thats what some of my customers have told me. I dont blame them either for they are saving themselves with the headache and the name calling etc......And some of these folks on here are professionals. WOW! thats sad.......

Anything you say right now is going to get reviewed, studied, and translated inappropriate and will result in a negative statement reverted back against your part. That is why I like RCU member "Falcon Wings" little quote he had at the bottom of his signature (don't exactly remember how it went)......."Never argue with an idiot all they do is bring you down with experience." His new one is good too. "I do argue with idiots and let them win on purpose".

Overall i'd like to say thanks for posting your complaint. It just helps us RCU members really think when it comes to a conclusion whether we should buy or not from some particular company. It takes lots of nerves to come out and speak up and risk ones reputation, so I credit you highly for that. But you probably did help others with their decision in any future considerations with a particular company. It just makes us better shoppers in the future when it comes to buying any product out there.

My best suggestion would be too discuss it over with this person involved again. I seriously doubt he will budge but who knows he might be having a better day. It just seems like all your getting is a bunch of guys bringing up other issues you've had in the past. No confidentiality on these forums at all! It just seems like many have forgotten the term and just dont consider professionalism anymore.
