Default RE: Jet Central Problems ... warantee???

jonkoppisch:

Great question; and now for the answer.

The LTW covers the turbine for all issues except Crash, FOD and customer neglect. If the turbine experiences any issue, crash, FOD, or failure of a part and is returned to the Jet Central service facility for "service/Repair" the LTW is restored. We are the only turbine manufacture I know of who offers this indepth coverage.
The LTW is transferrable to the second owner for a sum of $250.00. New owner is asked to complete a new registration then scan and email to me. Once done and the transfer fee paid, the second owner and LTW are complete. The sale assumes the buyer is purchasing a complete system and in operating order with no issues. Logically, no new owner would do otherwise.
If the new owner elects not to transfer the LTW, this coverage is voided and the file marked accordingly. It cannot be renewed at a later date.
Warranty (non LTW) covers parts and labor for one year (unlimited cycles) but may not exceed 25 hours.
Twenty five hour inspection WITH LTW cost to the owner is $250.00 regardless of parts needed plus shipping of $60 back to owner.
Twenty five hour service without LTW is parts and labor which must be preapproved by the owner.

I trust this answers your warranty questions. While I do check RCU daily, I check email hourly. I may be reached @ [email protected]

Customers we THANK YOU for your support in this thread. . .Also, welcome aboard to the two new Jet Central Rabbit owners as a result of this thread ! Always a positive within a negative.

Best regards,
Eric
