Hmmm... Funny. I can't remember the last time I saw a thread like this about Jetcat.
OS fuel needle, ''maintainance'' fees every 25 hours, $60 to ship(!)...
Keep it simple folks, go to the jet meets, talk to folks about what to buy and from whom.
Sorry to stir the pot. (But it's kinda fun!)

Raf,
I should have mentioned that mine is an older Falcon. Shortly after I added the needle valve JC came out with a larger restrictor and Eric would send one to any customer who asked for it. The more recent engines now have a gas % parameter in the ECU which the customer can adjust.
How much does Jetcat USA charge for a bearing change and 25 hour maintenance? The guys I know have been hit a lot harder than $250, or $310.
I made my statements because I thought someone reading this thread may benefit from it. We all have our brand preferences and unique experiences. I don't feel the LTW is all it is hyped up to be, but on the other hand what kept me from considering Jetcat was the amount some of my friends were paying for repair bills and the constant updates. Not trying to start a brand war here, just trying to be objective.

Interesting Joe considering the Jet Centrals I know about have gone back to the factory more than a couple times in the first 25 hours of life. While it may not cost anything to the owners it certainly costs them flying time and to some of us that is more precious and worth the piece of mind knowing that our "purple" turbines will be going strong. I will gladly pay $310 every 25 hours if that's the ONLY time they ever go in to the shop and I know thats the case with 99% of JetCat's out there!!!

Raffy, tisk tisk, you and your giant wooden spoon!!
