E-flite motors are good at referencing the motor nomenclature to glow equal (i.e Power 60 to .60 glow). I'd start with this page to an idea http://www.e-fliterc.com/Products/Motors.aspx
I've converted all my planes to glow and yes I've already paid for my "battery stock"
