bhcvc has hit it right on the head, feigao makes most of the brushless motors available, we know Neu hads it own production faciliity, Lehner has its own plant in Germany, I have been told by someone close to the rc world it only took Chris Fine $10,000 US on his first order to get feigao to build him the nemisis blue line
Don't forget about Lehner guys, they got motors way bigger than this, of course they are not cheap but as indicated you usually get what you pay for.
