You don't need, or want, a velocity stack on the 100. Odds are it will hang out the bottom of the cowl. In doing so it would likely create a new problem. If it doesn't hang out the bottom of the cowl it would be so close to the inside you'd still need to cut a hole for better intake flow. I can just about assure that either way, a velocity stack on the 100 will bring more grief than assistance.
