I just googled Great Planes and these are connectors that the motor 2mm plugs into and the 3.5mm end plugs into the ESC. Wrong part.
If you have bare wire, this what you need to solder them to that will slip into those plugs - 2mm male bullet connectors. About 3/4 of the way down on this page:
