Building a 4x4 rustler would be a very arduous task, the layout of the chassis doesn't easily lend itself to the requirements of 4x4. For your purposes the 4x4 slash looks good as it is just about the closest thing to a 4x4 rustler you're going to get, if you're patient wait for a review of it, if not go ahead and pre-order one.
