Default RE: Official HPI Hellfire Thread

I guess I should have told you, this is a Losi M26SS. Iwent to the Hellfire because the flywheel is HPI. But the rest is Losi stuff......

I went to start it today and it wouldn't crank over, took it apart and found the spin start part was broken. Took it apart more and found the piston head had pits in it, along with the cylinder head. So I need to rebuild it I guess. When I put the piston to the lowest point, I can't slide the connectingrod of the crank because there is a lip. I moved the pistonto the top, still won't slide off the crank.

Any other ideas?
