The last I heard they're going to be available near the end of November. But all dates move around.

These new XeRuns will REPLACE the older EZRuns. They are identical in-terms of firmware used and virtually identical designs (made smaller to fit the new packaging). Prices will be 10-15% higher than the currently available EZRun 80A and 150A ESCs.

There is currently one place that has the 80A XeRun available, but I won't mention who because I've been ripped off by them (as have others I know) and will not endorse them. If you find them, I'd avoid them. Wait a couple of months and they should be available most every place that carries EZRuns.
