I would look at other factors than the stabilizer. If the plane was something other than a trainer I would say that the stabilizer alignment a problem. Given that you are not doing precision aerobatics I'd leave it alone as you are likely to do more damage trying to fix it. The amount of misalignment aht you show in the pictures is not going to cause the behavior that you describe. I'd start by sending in your reciever.
