i hear you on the sideways mount. i contemplated it, but like the looks of it upside down better. vanity over functionality ... not good huh!?

after looking at things further last night, I am pretty sure i can route the fuel lines pretty well with some creativity. I am going to get a check valve though just in case. one thing i will do is mount it inverted in my test stand and play around with the tank elevations like in the model, and see how painful it will be to start and idle it inverted. Should have done that before I committed on the orientation and the cowl layout.
