Sounds like a good plan. I glued up the fin and rudder assemblies this morning. I extended the rudder by 3/4 ", so will need to remember to move the stab back 3/4" when it's time to install it.
Are you going to move your servos closer to the surfaces they control, or are you going to follow the plans? Since I'm bashing, lights might be fun, too! No one here does the night fly thing yet. I might get to be first.[8D]
I don't know how brave to get, since this is my first bash of a kit.
