Wow!!! I don't really know what went wrong, but from reading the posts from here and the earlier apologies posts, i was wondering.
Where was the sportsmanship that was once existed in the hobby? I think it is really bad to call anyone names especially
in reference to something similar to ethnic background remarks. I used to dream about BVM stuffs, but way too expensive for my
account. Now with this, definitely way too expensive for my account. To those that got bashed on, i hope you gents don't let that bother
you. Just rubbish. By the way, recording the phone conversation is entirely legal, just that it will not be admissible in court, unless there
was a warrant by the court. However, if you are operating within a business that requires recording conversations for either training purposes
or any other purposes, you will have to notify the parties that are being recorded. For example, like the insurance companies, telemarketing
companies. That is why answering machine is legal to own and possessed. You can record any conversations you like, as long as you do not
publish or use that as a mean to legally claim liability from someone. Only the judge can allow recorded phone conversations to be admissible
as evidence or not. Anyway, be strong and let's hope that we all can get along in this cool hobby.
