RE: My New RT5!
I did have some trouble dropping three bills on a toy car W/O electronics, but the kit is really nice. The diff is super smooth and the parts fit and quality is very nice. Some good engineering went into the design of this truck. Very easy to work on. The rear comes off with very little trouble. The quick change wheels are very convenient for many reasons. I certainly like it better than the T4 and my MF2. Simple things like the quality of the screws is nice as well. I didn't strip a single thing in my RT5 during the build and that was using the L wrenches supplied by the kit. The only thing I don't care for is the turnbuckle design. Nothing wrong with them and they seem plenty strong, I just don't like the part where you use a wrench to adjust them. It is very thin. A wider section would be easier to get the turnbuckle wrench on.
Hope you enjoy yours too!
