Default WWI scale combat plans

Flew my SPAD VII successfully for the first time yesterday too. Fortunately, Dave E. was there to take it up and trim it out. I think without that, I would have crashed it on the first take off. I took it up five or six times and it got easier each time. The take off is a bit of a challenge. It wants to be in the air before it has enough speed to fly.

I saw dmheil's Nieuport the plane yesterday afternoon but missed the flight. Sure looked good on the ground though. The Nieuports and SPADs have the shortest noses of all of these planes so the balance problem doesn't suprise me. I would suggest streching the nose an inch or so if anyone is going to build one of these two models.
