Nice. I think you should send your gear here, after powder coating, for me to look over and make sure its OK.

I am not sure of the hinges you have installed on your gear doors, but lets talk about that before you move forward. Depending on the hinge, just a longer arm may not be enough. With the hinges I used from BVM, the top of the door needed to be trimmed, and a filler will be added to the fuse so the door would open enough to be a work platform as the full scale.

With my install and hinges, the filler will only be about .195 or less. Its one of those trim to fit thingy
