yes, the higher the better. I'd go for a little more money with the ones rated at 20Mb/sec since you said you saw a quality problem (what was it by the way) with the card you have. On the other hand, for 11 bucks for the first card listed, I think you'll also be fine with the 15Mb/sec 2GB card personally, as it meets the 10-20mb/sec rating you specified as well.
