HI. i have been doing test as you sugested,.. i used shop fan first.very critical on the, radius and, gap set up.3/16 on a .65 radius is what ill use. the hinge pivot point is the real work. over 20 hours in it so far.. lots of ways to do it. i want it to come apart for painting.
