People, I snapped the "rip cord"on my Hellfire... went out and bought a Ofna starter box used (good shape).

Now, I tried it, but it seems too weak to the motor to turn over... plus it "skids"all over the cog that it's supposed to turn.. doesn't seem to stick to it well enough.

Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?
