I was checking out the internet to see if anybody knew anything about hp ENGINES AND FOUND YOUR WEBSITE.
My name is Andrewand I live in Scotland where I am a farmer. Anyway I am jsut rerpairing an old aircraft and it has a blue top HP 61. I ran it today for the first time since probably 1975.
It ran fine but spewed fuel out of several places , probably needs new gasket sets. I may consider selling it. I also have a silver cyl head version of the same age,vcor a year older. I bought them both new in 1969 or approx.
