Reason I ask is it took 9 lbs in the nose which is a 3 lb bracket and a 6 lb lead brick bolted inside the bracket.
...why I extended the nose 2.5" on my Z- Hellcat.
I've done this on three of my Ziroli warbirds and effectively reduced nose ballast by 50-70%. No one ever commented on the appearance. Simply extend the doublers, mount mount box and related pieces.
Using a GT-80 also.
