Yes, it's suppose to have a range of 4-12000 rpm. I haven't tached it yet, but that sound about right, though I don't think I'm at 12000 rpm, but they may mean 4000 idle with a big prop and 12000 top with a little prop. I had it in this scratch-built before and it flys well at 1/3 throttle.
