I think on my 120 ARF the tubes where guides for the wing bolts though the belly pan.
that makes sense. There is also an 18 inch wooden dowl,
The only dowel in my ARF was for the wing leading edge hold downs. 18''s would make two 9'' inchers. Have you put the hold down/alinement dowels in the front of the wing yet?
