That I can't tell you. I see nothing on the outside of the engine that has been added and I didn't take it apart to take a look. Whatever he did it did not work because I still have the same issue. I do remember Ralph talking on the forums about cleaning up the inside of the case around the reed valve and grinding out a passage for the pooling fuel so it could run back into the case. The engine seems to do ok and there is a noticable rpm change in the air when banking at low rpms and I'm still not comfortable with this engine down on the deck. If weather holds out I'm going to fly it again this weekend.
