I see the guy over in the other forum packed the intake manifold with Bondo and made a gradual blend from the insulator plate to the reed ports.

He said he used JBWeld <strike>but there must have been $45 worth of JBWeld in there if that's what he used</strike>

He just used common sense porting practice. <strike>Probably took him a few days because he had to let the stuff cure out?</strike>

There's a couple pictures but if you have your engine manifold apart you can see what must be done.
